Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and OXXO transfers.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping is free on orders over $500 MXN within Mexico.

Risk of loss and damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected frequency. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

Subscription changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

The referral program is subject to the rules established in the referrals section of your account.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.

Program abuse (including self-referrals or fake accounts) will result in point cancellation and possible account suspension.

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cell Re_Act and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent.

Cell Re_Act shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
